Whats is ELF?:

• Elf is the short form of Executable and Linking Format
  
• Elf is a executable format that comes with Linux
  
• Elf is executed directly, without intermediate processor like Java and so it works much faster than java and it has much more capability.

Installation:

NOTE: Only For RSA Removed Phones

• Apply the patch; elfpack+register to your cg1.
• Create a new folder named "Elf" on your memory card. (b/Elf)
• Upload; elfloader.lib, auto.run and the elf app. you have chosen to run elf's to b/Elf/.
• Upload the updated library(elfloader) as they become available!

i found some elfs over moto fan
some i dont know how to make work like screener elfs redkeymenu elf etc

some work like

vibro key elf- when you activate this your phone vibrates everytime you press a key


key flash elf (this is cool instead of having a continuous light, your keypad lights up every time you press a key so when you are texting its like you have a rhythm light working. try it and you'll know what i mean.

info graph elf- you can see the exact battery usage and exact signal strength in percentage

backupper elf- you can backup your messages and phonebook and even your PDS etc


multi photo elf- controls our phones camera so we have continuous camera shots without pressing any key so we get multiple photos in an instant



midtransfer elf- we already have this function in L7e. to be able to send games via bluetooth

some elfs i dont know how they work maybe you can test them and write here whats its function and how to make them work

i think u've given ur PDS file in the attachment.remove it asap.

for Redkey menu Elf to work, press red key for abt 2 sec and it will appear.
if it doesn't try one ive attached

also have u tried Extmgr elf

with the help of this u can view and open files with select extensions from file manager.

be sure to add these lines in auto.run for elfs to work

file://b/elf/Ext/ExtMGR.elf
file://b/elf/RedMenu.elf

and upload extmgr.ini to a/mobile/system

have you tried the elfs already? pretty cool right?

anyway if you have the time please tell us the function of other elfs

with PDS anyone can know ur IMEI can misuse it.
i hav no idea how it can be misused.(found this info on dotsis.com hehe)

i've tried all those elfs already from motofan

but these are few that i use... they are

motocmd
tunes v3.5
extmgr
redmenu
infograph.........only.

tell me which elfs function u want to know??

ah i get it. with the imei, they can report your phone as stolen and can be blocked or trace by authorities

Oh i see!!!

1.demon.elf used in Redmenu..
2.xcaliber.elf used with infograph..
3.screener.elf---an alternative to mssnap .it can take screenies of ur phone.
but it doesn't works for me..

The SaveAS elf is activated when you receive a file via bluetooth...it will prompt you where you want to save the file and if who would like to rename it...

Also you don`t need a menu item for the File Manager ELF....just hold down the Green Key to open it...

also hold the middle circle button and you will acess the elf tunes, but itunes rock hehehe at least in 1500k heap

no, the phone doesnt restart when you acess elf, that has not happened to me

he doest mean restart on every application restart on wrong elf applications even restart minor errors
