Problem with SMS

Hello,

I've a very strange problem with my moto ve66.

Lets say i've received in the past one sms like this:
"1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21".
And someone is sending me today a multiple SMS (more than 160 chars), something like this:
"a b c d e f g h i j k l ..bla bla.. ........ 161st char".

The 20% of those multiple sms are being received mixed.
What i mean?
In the beginning of the sms, there is the actual sms which the other is trying to send me. But from one point there is some sms from the past in the place of the new sms.

I'm receiving something like this:
"a b c d e f g14 15 16 17 18 19" instead of this "a b c d e f g h i j k l ..bla bla.. ........ 161st char".

When i'm telling them to resend me the sms, everything is ok.
I've never received it two times in a row mixed with somenthing else.
I've no idea what's going wrong, or what should i do.
I would appreciate if you could help me!

The only thing I can think of that is the problem of LangPack (Language), or operator service problems
