Back-up??

Know where to go to get nandroid or any guides on how to use? Is back-up good to completely rewrite file system or does it just write certain recovery files, how does it work???

It will be one of the options in a custom recovery. It gets everything.

I downloaded Titanium backup and backed up all sys data and user apps, but if phone is not able to to boot from modding then how is that back up helpful? Is there a way to create a file Im able to flash to phone to restore? Like with the Razr's I could flash a shx(I believe thats what it was, lol, its been a while) to phone to restore. Can that be done with android?

What you are looking for is called an sbf file, but I didn't see one posted for your phone yet, maybe asking in that phone specific forum will get you more resultd
