Flash .sbf on Linux and OS X
One of the largest problems with motorola modding for users without Windows computers is that the user has no way of flashing the original firmware back in case you screw up. RSD Lite only works on windows. This is a problem no more.
After some intense google-fu I have found an sbf flasher for Linux and OS X from user [mbm].
I have posted the link to his blog post since he has requested that mirrors not be made.

This works better, imho, than rsdlite. Use it frequently!
