Good god man. Thats all I wanted to know to decide between a Cliq and G1 on my other thread. I just want a stable phone that doesn't lag between menus and scrolling. Coming from an iPhone this is most important to me!

Lets get rid of my iPhone bill. Anyone wanna come to a bonfire ?

What do you want to see? I have a picture of Rosie on the CLIQ. look at the new pictures. Thats the sense clock on the rosie desktop. Look in the picture of the settings.. it says HTC hero because I haven't modified the build.prop, but thats on a CLIQ.

Are there any tutorials/guides out there on porting/creating roms/etc.? I got a CLIQ and I'm willing to try and help out. Would love to try and port Espresso but have know clue on how to begin.

We have a kernel built for 1.5 on the cliq. Hero is 1.5. That is why I'm working on 1.5 hero. If we tried a 2.1 hero, there would be so many things not working it almost wouldn't be work it. Baby steps people

The Sense UI was the first visually nice UI for Android...it looked so much sweeter then Vanilla Android...Also some nice features. I have tried every Hero ROM for the G1 and was disappointed with all of them. They did get much better but i am hoping that the Cliq can run much smoother!
