Really we found a radio fix. That seems to be the only issue in porting Roms so amazing catch my friend i applaud you. and as for the person that posted above me it is for ported roms only if you have the dudes or handler you shouldnt need this. I assume you would use this if you put the hero beta or the other port that is on the forums.

Not sure if this helps but found this page about it. I dont think you do a flash but I could be wrong.

No you have to replace the files in /system/lib with the ones Eugene has. Moto blocked porting in their driver and Eugene figured out a way to use other files.

Anyone know if Eugene uploaded his newest Pulse ROM anywhere?

Yes.. its a fix for any ported rom thats not motoblur

i have tried pushing this to the hero rom and i still have issues... data doesn't work...

I might have done it wrong... I am just now getting the hang of android and the dev kit.
