I find it somewhat pointless especially 2.1 in nearing. Kudo's if you get it done though =)

i think some progress is better then none or would u be happy with 1.5 for ever?

coming from 1.6 on a different phone the sooner we get past 1.5 the better! and what if 2.1 gets delayed and/or has problems with root

I'd like to have 1.6 even if 2.1 is coming soon.
At least I could have autologin at my univesity which is working only for >1.6

Does this ROM have VCAST? I've head that the Calagry has VCAST,and I'd love to try running the app from my G1(Using G1 until a fully working 1.6/2.1 ROM)

I am just saying. It'll be out sooner than people think. I don't feel it's worth all the work putting 1.6 especially if it'll be around in the same time or more time than actually using it. You feel me? Q2 is the date it will come out so that's April/May/June. If they finish in mid March and the update happens in April... I guess I am just lazy lol.

I give kudos though, don't get me wrong. There are good to come out of this other than having a 1.6 ROM on the Cliq.

Even with 2.1 coming soon we'd wanna get this done, gives the community variety to choose from. Even though the HTC community has 2.1 available they still use 1.6 and 2.0, it's all about choices.
