are you getting that from my update.zip i posted? that was not a rom. do you have a nandroid backup you can just restore?

Actually I'm getting that when trying to flash back to KB7's ROM after using the Eclair ROM, didn't do anything with your zip yet, was waiting to hear if it was a fix for something like what's happened to me. Originally Posted by j_r0dd

don't use a nand from a previous radio is you have flashed a newer one. pretty sure it just a big mess to clean up after that.

dont restore that. are you wiping data as well as dalvik? wipe both then re-flash. should be as simple as that. That's what I thought, using HE's recovery so it wipes both cache and data, and then I just get this error. And regarding RSD Lite, I can't get my PC to recognize it since I had to reinstal Windows 7, I tried turning off Security, I have debug enabled on my phone, it won't recognize it, but ADB does, including when I run it as admin. I've tried this out. The only problem I've had that other people haven't mentioned is wifi: I can't connect.
The only thing I've been able to try is with WEP encryption (two routers,) so I'll try open and WPA/WPA2 later.

I would like to start off saying. I never thought my nipples could be hard this many times in one day. I seen my favorite car, TWICE with Turbo and i screamed. Then i seen this post and once again.. Oh and I fixed my Cliq guys, turns out it was my Recovery, HE's Recovery only has one wipe as I said, and it only wipes data/cache, not Data/cache/Dalvik as I assumed, updated to j_r0dd's recovery and wiped and I can now swap between the two. Thanks for everyone's help. Oh, and I never got an answer on the previous thread, does this mean that more open ended ROMs can be ported to the Cliq now that we've gotten through Blur?

Just installed it, and I gotta say, I'm loving a stock experience. Everything except for the aforementioned issues runs fine, but swiping seems a bit laggy. I'm sure it'll get faster as stuff is fixed, but holy awesome balls Batman, this is cool!
