You should have asked my permission before using my ROM, I would prefer it that way and so would most people.
Also, you need to change the name. OpenEclair is a set of G1 ROMs based on Eclair.
Didn't we have this problem when you were using HandlerExploit's work back when DemoShadow.com was around?
Next time, ask first.
Also, just so everyone knows, I do not support any problems/bugs/issues you may encounter with this ROM. I will only support the standard Eclair2CLIQ ROM.

How long ago was the n1 browser app changed? I have a copy of it from about 6 months ago, but I'm not sure which version it is.
Also +1 on changing the name, I also thought tthis was open eclair from g1 at first...

Danation, the swype feature is not a paid feature, i will however remove it immediatly.

Travis, i emailed you several times. You never replied, so i used Arayray's version instead. so dont look at me. and NO there was never anything back in demoshadow days, it was between me and handler, and all i did was use one of his roms to test something, it was never released, never thought about releasing it.

easy does it boys
it wont let flash the update.zip. when i go to flash it immeditely stops and says "installaion aborted" and the reason says "bad file" or something like that. i tried redownloading but the same thing happens. what do you think?

Swype is not paid for but the developers have made it clear that any distribution of it is illegal. That is why we don't allow it.
By the way, if your e-mails don't get answered, you could always post and ask for permission
You shouldn't just use people's work without permission.
Honestly... my opinion is that it's not necessary to create a whole new rom for just one feature. Wouldn't it be better to contribute to Travis's work? Let him know how to add the multitouch features you've figured out? Then there would be one fully featured rom, not so much fragmentation.
If not, can we please at least change the title? This is not the same as openeclair....

Safe to re-download. Im also making a new patch, with Gallery 3D, more MT repositories, new phone (with end call on dialer screen) and uh... new maps 4.3.0!
Danation, i never knew that about swype. but i have removed it. And yeah i hear ya about contributing, im not gonna argue about it.
