OpenCliq Eclair v1.5.0 includes all of the patched data, along with some customized features. This is the first Major release, since v1.0, and its quick, smooth, and so-far, bug free! I havent had any force closes, and definatly quicker than any eclair rom before it! There are no added live wallpapers on this ROM, so if you want them, stick with the older releases (that have them). Feel free to develop the multitouch capabilities on it, so we can FINALY bring multitouc to the cliq! Most apps are multitouch supported, what we need are the kernal-based files to help enable it. (Basically, it has the stuff to do it, it just doesnt know how to do it).

We were gonna include the AndroidBlast Mod recovery, but felt its too big of a risk to add that, because some of you might not want it, however, its my personal recovery, i love it! Shout out to TopShelf10!

Cool Beans! Hey can u guys figure out a way to get this NEW SIM card to find 3G with the Eclair ROM.

i have 3G? uhm.. is it because of your APN's? theres been a big problem with that, bring it up with TravisJames, he would know. this is just multitouch support.

i heard alot about that and im sorry i have no clue wat you would need to do maybe find someone with new sim old radio see if tht may work?

Nah it wouldnt be the SIM, my sim is good, and the sim comes straight from the carrier. It would definatly be the phone itself. Hmm most likely the apn's.

HOWEVER if there is no 3G icon whatsoever, your 3G may be turned off. you dont need any APN's for your 3G to be turned on. if thats the case, easiest way is to reflash after wipe.

im sayin the new sim cards may have something different and maybe they run on a different frequency than the radio the person has atm

That's cool. Just thought id bring it up. But I had 3G before but I went through a warranty claim process and the first thing they did was change my SIM. Ever since then 3G didn't work with ECLAIR. Works fine with other ROMS
BTW I'm a US TMo cutomer.. I guess its still a waiting game for me.
