customize menu button press behavior

does anyone know how i can change the behavior of the menu button press and/or menu button long press?

is there an app that does this or some kind of hidden setting?

Spare Parts will change the end button behavior. Maybe a different launcher will have a feature like that as well. I know that Zeam lets you use the whole screen without a notification bar and you can change button behavior. I havent used it since they updated it so you can give it a shot.
