I keep hitting the HOLD button with my ear, is there a chance to move it somewhere else? At least til sensors are fixed.

I doubt that will happen. Moving the position of the button is harder than resizing an image. I was also hitting the hold button but now I lock the screen as soon as the other party answers. Pretty easy that way...

x2 - lock the screen. when ready to hangup just hit menu. Or you can put your 1d card in front of the screen like iPhone users haha.
