I'm fond of it, keep in mind its a baby rom. It will have a fully integrated released Kitchen soon, the Kitchen will follow through to 2.1 Moto when released, as to keep as much of your cooking goodies as possible, and yes it will support mac/linux/windows through Mono.

What about the overall speed and battery duration?

Faster than handler 1.5? i can flash from handler to toxicMod?

Speed is great, performance tuned. Battery life in Alpha 2 is ok, Alpha 3 will blow battery life away from Alpha 2. I'm currently testing a 3rd party CPU Governer, with critical settings, and comparing it to specific kernel flags, once tested I will decide to release Alpha 3 with either the 3rd party governer, or the kernel governer flags - different from adlxmod. If I choose the 3rd party Govner for Alpha 3, Alpha 4 will see the launch of a custom coded and compiled hidden ToxicMod Govner, that will create the effect I am achieving in the 3rd party Govner.

The end Goal of this ROM is to be a steady continually updated and progressive ROM, that will try to tread its own water, and introduce community inspired tools for people to cook with.

Correct, one option I am looking at is one that will run the Scaling Daemon in the Kernel.
