Froyo on Cliq

Hi, well i have working Froyo on my Cliq, but isn't functional.

I will working on the kernel to may be made a rom.

the time at the top looks weird I thought there was an AM or PM that was just smaller than the time itself
but hopefully it really is froyo maybe you can work with barak and travis and j_rod on it

If we only had the source from Moto for eclair 2.1 we could use it im sure to get froyo working

I was hoping for the same thing, do you know how well the drivers will move from a 29 kernel to a 34 kernel? Or are some people successful @ using the 29 kernel to move to froyo?

i boot with de 29 kernel version of handler exploit, but it's very inestable, now i'm compiling the enviorment with other build options.

Yeah thats the easy thing to do, I think most of your stability problems will come from the need to use a .32 kernel for froyo.

act 2.2 can be made to work on .29, ie cm6 on the hero. i act had 2.2 booted on the cliq a few weeks ago. im new to porting/coding side of things and have limited time on the cliq cause its my gf's. on my port of cm its smooth, quick, live walpapers work, but i think the porb is some of my porting. i have been working on cm5 (2.1) for cliq lately (since it should be able to work, and what i learn can be applied to 2.2) and have same probs i have with cm6, so it has to be something im overlooking. on cm5 i have rotation, led's, sound (ear, not external yet), key map, and so on working. my focas is to get sdcard mounted and radio working. anyone with ideas pm me so we can get cliq dev moving ahead (or at least caught up, lol)

hey if yall need any help, i got froyo booting up and all the apps work, im currently compiling Froyo with cliq "drivers" from source.

P.S. if u need a vendor file, i made one XD
