    Rules for publishing ROMs / Utils / etc.

    In short:

    We on M3 will not tolerate the following:
    - publishing a ROM / Util / Patch / etc. giving priority to say how glorious and superb it is instead of naming its features and describing it (that means that if you note at the end of the post after a proper description "I'm sure this has to be the best ROM available.", then it's ok, but if the whole post is about your ROM being glorious, superb and the best thing available, then it's not ok)
    - any lying is not tolerated
    - stealing other's work is not tolerated, however keep in mind the license coming with Android (i.e if you take somebody else's custom kernel, you have to say it is his).

    Note: Any kind of bashing is not allowed (against anyone).
