Radio rom to remove sim unlock code?

Hello

I have T Mobile Moto Cliq which is locked.
Now I'm out of US and rooted my device and flashed with adlxmod-2.0 but the device still dosen't accept to connect with the new network.
Is there anyway -except buying unlock code- to get it work with any operator?

If you owned the Cliq while you had a plan with tmobile for at least 3 Months (could be longer now), and your paid up they will give you an Unlock code to us abroad.

Not thru the radio I believe. Call tmobile, they will give u a free unlock code.
