Full Flash suport for Moto Cliq?

I was just browsing the xda forums and notice that the G1 has FULL FLASH SUPPORT. They have a new rom with froyo 2.2 and I'm kind of mad right now. Our phone has higher specs and yet the G1 has that capability, Motorola sucks. I have the latest 2.1 Blurry Eclair Rom, has anyone had any luck with full flash????

If you've read the thread you'd know that its not Full flash, its flash lite.
Your phones, G1 included, do not have the power to run Full flash.
Flash is overrated also, buggy at times, even on high end phones.
Thanks Sublime1184 for the awesome siggy

    dude, this cli

dude this cliq sucks on so many levels. just go out and get a g1 off of craigslist with a class 6 sd card. seriously. flash only works on froyo, and we barely have that working. BARELY.

Motorola and their source codes being kept a secret dont allow us to be like htc users with all their fancy goodness.

our devs are good, but not on cyanogens level.

so, best thing to do is stop hoping for the cliq to get good, it wont. go run off and buy a g1 or some other android device.

alot of us are stuck with this cliq because of money or other issues anyway.

The cliq is a good phone. When it came out it had some of the best hardware that Motorola had to offer. The G1 is a joke of a phone when it comes to hardware specs. The only reason it's a still sought after phone, along with the MyTouch 3G is they are such open phones. That is the only reason the G1 is still good. you can do what ever, when ever you want.

You can believe what you want, the Cliq is a Good phone, would i put it in the same bracket as the Dx, DInc, or the Galaxy S? no! ! but it's just a solid as any mid level phone coming out these days.

i just dropped Eclair on my wife's Cliq after running Handler 1.5 and it's a nice solid phone. even with 1.5 on it, it was solid. and worked well. and my magic does have a quicker BenchmarkPi then her MB200, but her Cliq blows mine out of the water when it comes to Mbps download.

No need to bicker over how good the Cliq is. Full flash is not gonna happen.
