Wish I could help out more...But ya dudes, getting FROYO on the cliq would be such a huge leap!!!! Can't wait, and keep up the awesome work guys!!! I tried the cyan that was posted up here, and its a pretty badass ROM, but I'm waiting for CM6. Until then, My butt is lovin the Roms on M3. Even if CM6 does get ported to the cliq, I'm still gonna have these ROM's always on standby!!

Cyanogen mods have always been my personal favorite for the G1, having it for the cliq would make this phone perfect for me

i would have to agree... progress is this... holiday season is causing the work to slow to a crawl... but christmas will bring the G2 which will get cyanogen installed the minute it enters my house, which in turn will free up my cliq from being the phone i use and thus more difficult to do testing to a dev phone... troubles
ok so i am still having problems since the 2.1.5 kernel does not want to play with my build of cyan... i am going to be crunching on a kernel once i get out of work...
i mean the 2.6.29 kernel for the cliq and cyan wants to use the 2.6.32 at least... my g2 is at 2.6.32.27... i need to compile a kernel today and try to put it into my build and see where that goes... i have reached out to some of the devs from the cliq xt version they have gotten running to find out how they got past these issues but i think i have the problem just need to get past it...Last edited by jgarvey955; 12-16-2010 at 05:54 AM.
