Hi, i found this on a forum, this is the hard work from a chinnese developer called cbmixx,

its a rom in chinesse to use multitouch, i recommend to flash a framework-res.apk of an english rom

only need to flash the boot.img and place the xml file in / system / etc / permissions /

These are the same links willg0 posted in the general section of THIS fourm I don't see the point of re-posting. Also as adlx said this is not actually a driver.
