(Open the zip and extract the PerfManager.apk that is inside. DON'T Flash the zip).

Hey man that worked perfectly, i didn't know if i should change the permissions on the apk once i pushed it to system/app but i did and then rebooted and everything worked out. Thank you so much

I've tried putting apps into the system/app folder using root explorer with no success. I've done all the right steps (open root exp, sd, wherever the app is, back, to system/app, mount as r\w, paste, change permission to same as all other apps in folder, exit). I'm using jrodd's 1.3.2 oc'd. Just want to change adw to launcherpro since I paid for it and it's my fav. Please help! Oh and what is sig?

Uninstall ADW like a regular APP. From 1.Using the Market or 2.Use Settings>Applications>Manage Applications > find ADW and Uninstall it. Nothing too fancy you have to do with Market apps.

Then go back to the Market and Install your paid LauncherPro app.

Why make it more difficult then it seems.

You can find your sig under user cp at the top of the screen. Click on user cp and go down to edit signature, you can change your fonts and colors etc...preview it before you save it so it doesn't look all jacked up lol.
