I asked a question on here regarding the initlogo.rle that I would like to change on my modded phone. I have used the android kitchen to explode a ROM and found the initlogo.rle image in the boot.img file.

I was asked to google for information on this file format. I have done so for the last couple of weeks now and I am still stuck.

Does anyone know of a WINDOWS based utility that will reliably convert a RAW / JPG image to the RLE format the phone will understand?

and what pixel size the finished rle file needs to be for the phone?
