OK got the porting done,The clock is still black cause im have problems figuring out how to change it for Eclair.Im still working on making the app tray transparent again,i tried it like before and the entire app tray was blank. So,some parts are still a work in progress untill i figure out how to theme better for Eclair,of course by that time we will prob have Froyo working on our Cliqs..lol..I actually wanna thank yyhl for his AndroidMatteTheme. I was able to compare the old Paw Theme to his to see where folders and icons had been moved to from Android 1.5 to 2.0.25. I also wanna thank j_rod for telling me where the Blur icons were for the contact,app tray and phone buttons. If you are using another home app then the Blur icons wont be a problem. Once again if anyone else wants to barrow icons or use this as a base they are more than welcome to,the more themes and options the better for Cliq users and for M3.

depend what rom u on take classesdx from frameworks-res and services from j-rodds themes and include it in this theme and ulll have white clock

I havent tried it on eclair2cliq, so im not sure,but i know it does work on adlxmod and kb7sqi,since adlxmod is based on handler's rom it should work on any of his too. When eclair2cliq alpha3 comes i run it and see how it does. Im not sure how to change the clock to white font,i tried spareparts,but since we have 1.5 it doesnt have the same functions that other versions on Spareparts have.Also,
datliboricua,i tried to add the files you suggested from j-rodds ultimate theme and it didnt work,any suggestions on how to change the Clock and Notifications font color?

Thats too funy,thanks for that and thanks for the info on the Apk files,made a huge difference in changing icons and moving things around.

ok heres the zips ya need for white clock and notification u have to add layout to framework-res/res/ and add services jar folder plus u have to edit .thm and add this

services.jar
/system/framework/

and the .xml u have to add this
<item>services.jar</item>
<path>/system/framework/</path>
<description>white clock/date/provider</description>

the layout folder has to go into folder framework-res then click on res when u see drawable folder ull put it there so now ull see drawable drawable-land and layout folder so ull have three folders now

and services will go where all the main folders are at i tried to make it as easy as i can explain it

Note to everyone: Cliq themes will NOT work on Eclaire2Cliq. Two totally different framework-res files, and the default Android uses Launcher.apk where as Blue uses BlurHome.apk for the Launcher. I will do a quick port tonight once I get off work and I'll also try porting my other themes to all the current roms as well with some minor updates. And maybe a couple new ones?

Hey datlilboricua,I tried to incorporate the files you gave me and Metmorph is giving me a .thm error. Not sure what the issue is. I checked the xml file and thm file but im not sure what im doing wrong.

im trying to help as much as i can but dont really have much time on my hands make sure ur .thm file and ur .xml file have the same name as ur folder here is ur theme with notification and date and time changed to white didnt have time to test it so let me know herres the link

For some reason my phone wouldnt take the .thm file or the .xml file,i compared to what you shaowed me and i had it right.your directions were dead on,but my phone was acting goofy. I pulled the battery and let it set for a few and turn off my desktop,and it started working right. I could get the files to write to my sdcard from my desktop so the files for MetaMorph werent in the Theme folder. Thanks for all your help and directions.. So here we go...Ok got 1.2 Perfected with a white clock and clear notification tray. Looks 100% better. Changed a couple of other icons here and there. Check it out and tell me what you think. Link is in my 4Shared folder. Theme is called ScrewPaw1.2....

I've unzipped the theme, added the files that datlilboricua posted above and flashed ok. No problems... Anyway notifications text is white over ***** background... Is it possible to turn it black while clock and notification bar text still white?.
