[THEME] Stock Eclair2Cliq Template
Now that I am going to start porting my theme (along with others) over to Eclair2Cliq, I made a stock template for it and I thought I'd share with the community.
What's included?
ALL apps that are under /system/app that can be themed.
/framework-res/ has assets/images for changing the bootscreen and .xml for the chaning status bar colors (still black right now).
/services/ has classes.dex for changing clock in status bar color (still black right now).
Includes .thm and .xml for older and newer versions of MetaMorph, respectively.
I had winrar crash on me a few times while extracting some /drawable/ folders so let me know if you see something missing or something that shouldn't be there.

Let me know if you see anything to add/remove/change and I will do so asap.
WARNING: I have not tested this since I am not using Eclair2Cliq yet. I plan on geting back on it today. Please test and let me know how things go. As usual, what you do to your phone is your responsibility. As this is a template, it should work because nothing is changed, all stock but things can go wrong, so save yourself some trouble and have a nandroid backup ready.
Thanks Dan for the .xml converter, made things real simple

If I upload a couple more, would you mind trying those? I think it's either the boot animation or classes.dex giving the error...

ok, cool, I'll PM you some different ones in a little bit, thanks.
So after a bit of searching around, I think the problem lies with 2.1 not being friendly to changes to framework-res.apk. I'm gonna test this soon on Alpha 4.Last edited by sublime1184; 06-21-2010 at 12:07 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

When I try to apply this it says that services and framewor-res does not exist..

Ok, lets try this again lol.
I messed up the theme control file on old one for services.jar and framework-res.apk. New version is up and fixed.

If you want a boring boot image go to /framework-res.apk like you said, if you want a boot animation, like my rom, or the droid, or N1, or whatever. It would be in bootanimation.zip form in either /data/local/ or /system/media/ you might wanna add one, it really tops a rom and/or theme off!
