Themes on Non-rooted phone

Hello i apologize in advance if this question has already been asked but i am trying to find out if there is anyway to have themes on a moto cliq that isnt rooted as i am afraid to root my phone for fear of bricking it thanks for any suggestions

If I recall right no you can't theme it unrooted. I believe that stock all the files are odexed and in order to theme you need deodexed...I can't remember the difference at the moment. So not only would you need to root but also install a deodexed ROM.
If my memory is messed I'm sure someone will chime in lol. Stupid backshift keeping me up all night lol. Or is it that you need access to system files to theme and you don't have that unrooted...or both?
