help!only cust shutdown works,anyone know how the startup works?

I have a slvr L7 R4513 with smiley ACR MOD I read the seem editting guide and I got the custom power down to work but the custom start up refuses to work.can anyone help?

try p2k advanced editor

phone services> wakeup and goobye
click read from phone
check the needed boxes
restart

upload the images to a/
and sounds to a/mobile/audio

P2K Tools will also work, go to Tools>Custom Animation. It lets you change startup and shutdown animation and audio, and it works(at least the animation part, which i've proven). Hit load from phone first, when your done hit write to phone

i always got p2k ae to work with no problems
i remember having a problem once with p2ktools though

all the box were already ticked.any other suggestions?but i cant understand,THE CUSTOM SHUT DOWN WORKS QUITE WELL ONLY THE START-UP IS THE PROBLEM.am still stuck with only the custom shutdown working.any other suggestions?anybody else have anything to say?

can p2k ae be used to upload the files instead of p2k tools?if possible how?

Me also facing same problem earlier i try everything but fails than i just upload cust startup from an mp and put it to a than its start working try this.

those seems have glitches on my l7.they cause the volume button on the side to be inverted,the volume up button is turning the phone down n the volume down button is turning the phone up.but thanks still.

i got it to work by myself i just installed over the mp then without doing any seem editting(bcuz i fiqured if its a mp the seem must be already editted)then i just name the startup to "Cust_Start~up" and replaced the existing power down to "Power~down".then it started working.thanks for all the help.

yes you must have the names correct

try using motokit...you need to select files from computer and then they are automatically loaded into the phone....

i think the first time you should select the files not just upload them
