Please Help!!! P2k Wont Work!!

Hi everyone, new to site
I downloaded RSD Lite 2.7 and the Mot_USB_driver on the guide site, i do what it says, but then when i plug in my L7 and try to open P2k, it wont work, i install RSD Lite 2.7 and it still wont find my cell, please, someone help me, ive tried on windows 2000, and i even went onto my laptop windows xp, I did all the steps it said on the steps, someone please help me.. Thanks in advance

did you conect your phone in data/fax mode???

i found out my problem, you have to switch the connection to the phone, not memorycard, also i have NEW problem, i downloaded the MotoMidMan and the cTheme, i do all the steps, and i make sure to follow either phone/mem card connection. When i go open the cTheme, there is no skin in there, and i did as what it said, someone help me please, and thanks fishy for offering to help with the RSD and Mot_USB, but i need help with slvr l7 skins now
