Stuck on "Please Wait"

Hi, uhm does anyone knw how to fix it when i try to load something it says Please Wait, but then the Please Wait screen dosnt close it just stays there.
Everytime i try to load anthing like my messages, my games and apps, my photos, songs, my phonebook...etc

Can someone please help me with this problem?

so you didn't flash any thing to your phone.

Try master clear. backup your important datas if needed first

ooo yea i tried uhm adding itunes, i followedthe video tutorial on the guide section but then it didnt work so i just deleted it off m phone.
