Unlocking SLVR L7

Hey guys.
I am new to these forums, and the main reason I joined was to unlock a SLVR L7 that was given to me
I have T-Mobile, and the SLVR is from AT@T (cingular).
I DO NOT HAVE THE SIM CARD FOR THIS FONE!!! ONLY A TMOBILE ONE!!!
My Boot Loader:

SW Version:
R4517_G_08.C4.1ER

I understand that I have to downgrade to a different bootloader, but I don't know where the instruction are.
I also need to know what to do AFTER I downgrade, and how I will bypass the subsidy code.

I think you will have to take the phone to a technician to get it open or you will have to do a test point.
