Um this is hard to explain. My friend bought a razr v3 which seems to be modded. Example : If I we were talking to each other on our cell phones, if he pressed a button by accident on a normal cell phone, I would hear the regular tone or sound. But on his razr if you presses a number key instead of hearing a tone of a button being pressed I would hear something like he is in a traffic jam or the ocean or a crowd of people.

I want to know what it is.
Um how to get that.

My friend does not know what it is.

Weel, about that id on't know.
BUT, one thing i could say,
Check out DTMF settings -- on or off in initial setup (v3 & v3i phohes)
and in L7, find that dtmf settings yourself, pleaze/

like I know its for my voice mail, but I want to change the tone for a cell to cell conversation.
