E-mail Client for SLVR L7!

I was wondering i anybody knows about this site? Or maybe another site?
I need to know how I can set up a free email client on my SLVR L7 so that I can receive and send emails. Nothing fancy, just need to send and receive... anybody can help me out?

Doest it use pop3? I saw it at GetJar - Appsolutely Everything for Nokia, BlackBerry, Android, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, LG, Palm. but the description is small
