J2ME app call filter

Hi I'm new here. I have an L7 and was wondering if anyone could tell if they know of a call filter/block application for the L7? I know there is a call barring feature for all contacts listed in the phonebook but I want to be able to block certain numbers/contacts only without going through my service provider. Shareware or not, please let me know.

not sure about the java app but there should be another way...if you create a list and put a number in that list and configure your phone to not accept calls from that list then generall speaking it should work. its also called "black list"

Black list patch is available. Check out in patches thread! Most of new MPs have included this patch. I use the black list facility to Avoid calls from Airtel.

yes one can avoid calls from providers using black list. but there is a problem..
when i used blacklist the calls were canceled after one ring... looks like the person is cancelling it manually....
(earlier my bro had an SE phone it had a cool feature... it sends busy tone to anyone calling who is not wanted.. (instantly)) i thought blacklist would be like that.... but no so don't use anymore.. instead i use a blank tone

i also need a blacklist patch for my L7. i wonder why motorola did not include this application in such a nice phone. does anyone know of such a software update?
