motoTunes problem

i have done everything right as far as i know and this is what mototunes says as soon as i open it, "interface not supported" then continues to give me this message "access violation at address 0050ab5b in module moto_tunes.exe read of address 00000000".
it says that every time no matter if i load mototunes from the disk or from the link. and i have deleted mototunes multiple times. i hope someone can help?

if you want an easier method download bullfrog itunes then copy all your mp3 to c\audio then open itunes on your phone then press menu button and select itunes db creator!

c\audio hmm isn't that the phone memory? Perhaps b\audio and it's easier copying the music directly from Windows ( Memory card / Removable drive ).

it might be the fact that you have real to life iTunes on your comp... also try running this virus program to see if your comp has been violated... "Avast!" its a free download for home use, i use it everyonce and a wile, it finds things that my Symantec does'nt

i had the same problem yesterday. all i did was download a fresh copy of mototunes, then change the storage at the action menu. then boom, i successfully updated my playlist. the problem now is i cant access vassio itunes. hahaha. oh, and make sure you have your songs in the audio folder.
