Help! ! ! What happen with Winxmedia 3GP Converter? ?

Hi u everyone,I dunno why,but everytime I wanna convert a video to 3GP,the program close itself,after 30 seconds/1 minute,I can't make it work,any solution?maybe my program is not good. . . can anyone give me a nice version of winxmedia? thanks a lot ,have a nice day

I use version 2.0 try to uninstall then install it again

I already tried doing that,and with different programs(I mean,different downloads) but nothing happen,it's weird,because before download the full version,I tried with the trail,and it never closed
