    I followed these steps:

To get "S Blank Neptune LTE2"

    1. Open RSD Lite, and turn on your phone in flash mode by turning off the phone and then press and hold * and # keys, then power on your phone.
    2. Connect the phone to computer via USB; Open the flash file (downloaded) with the RSD Lite and click 'Start' button.
    4. Wait for the flashing process to complete, then the phone will try to restart but it won't turn on as expected.
    5. Unplug the USB cable from the phone; Take the battery out for 15 seconds.
    6. Connect the USB cable to the phone, without the and it will say 'Unknown device.
    7. Disconnect USB cable, put battery back in the phone.
    8. Open Device Manager in your PC (right click on My Computer and click Manage) and connect the USB cable to the phone. It will recognize it as "Flash Interface".
    9. The RSD Lite will detect the phone as "S Blank Neptune LTE2". If not detected, try another USB port and repeat step 5-8
    10. Close RSD Lite
    11. Now follow the Steps To Repair PDS

But after flashing, while verifying checksum i got a code 84 error, the phone turned off, an it won't turn on.

    I use SF: R4513 with 08.D0 Bootloader.

The phone also wont start wit *,# and red button

try removing the battery and putting it back in, then hook up to a different usb port.... if you can never get rsdlite to detect anything or force bootloader, it will need testpoint

if it will never take the stock mp it prob needs a pds repair....

use this guide to go blank, and do a full pds repair zone with p2keasytools3.9 and flash the stock mp again....

    1. Flash your phone with the L7e font by FB3 and wait for the "close" inscription.

Firtst step dont works for me. I get always the message. Flashing Failed...

P2K Easy Tools says: Connecting to phone ...
    ERROR: Could not connect

    Why!

Your PDS is corrupt. It got corrupted when you did this:

Thats why it would not take a stock mp flash.

It doesnt matter if you can get the bootloader up, it needs a PDS repair. If you can't get it blank with the downgrading method, it will need testpoint, to go blank. Then PDS repair it.
