Dead Motorola L7 not starting

hi everyone i have a Motorola Slvr L7 and i had been doing some testing with it by flashing it . last time i flashed it switched off and did not turn on and it wont even go to bootloader mode and when i connect it to the pc it says

"USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED"

can someone please help me

it is 08.D0 bootloader

don't worry!
1.It says "USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED" maybe cause by loss driver. Please reinstall driver or connect it to another USB port.
2.Connect phone to PC and then press "*,#,Red key" to go to BL.
Remember,phone battery have to up70%
I spent this case!

thank you Itty Bitty Modder i will try that but i don't know how to charge because the wall charger wont charge my phone how do i charge

Yeah check you battery maybe is emty
because you have a bad flash in your fhone
but your fhone is not dead friend
