    RSD Lite 3.1 Issue

So I'm following along in the flashing guide, but when I open RSD Lite to flash my phone, my phone doesn't show up in the list... what does this mean?

Are your drivers installed correctly, if not follow this get connected guide

    Devices available:
HTC Hero|Recovery: ClockworkMod|Rom: Hero-Deck 2.3.7 by Bharat_goku Fastest and most stable (for me anyway) AOSP GB Rom
    Sony Ericsson Xperia X8|Recovery: ClockworkMod|Rom: GingerDX V020
    ZTE Race|Recovery: ClockworkMod|Rom: CyanogenMod 7
    Samsung Galaxy S i9000| Recovery: ClockworkMod|Rom: OneCosmic's ICS Port RC3.1

This appears to be for the RAZR, not the SLVR L7. Does this matter for flexing?

OK - I've managed to screw something up. I followed the guide and uninstalled all previous instances of motorola drivers from the hardware manager, replugged in the phone but installed the incorrect drivers. I had another p2k pack and used that one because I didn't see the one that came with the download pack in the guide. So, I went back to the hardware manager and uninstalled those drivers. Now, when I plug my phone in, XP does not detect it, so I cannot install the right drivers Any clue how to fix this?

try installing Flash&Backup3 and when prompt for the drivers, point it to FB3 drivers directory.
