Norton Task Killer's great as for the camera i gotta be honest, i haven't tried any other then whatever comes with the rom.
I think the best thing to do if you want to get rid of the Spyware is to get MIUI (SGS2) or CyanogenMod.. I'm running ChekRom right now, which is a stock hack; it has some of the Samsung Apps deleted but most of it is still there, and i just cherish Samsungs own features too much to run MIUI or CM, i'll make my AOSP debute when there's a stable CM9
Yeah i'm thinking what you're thinking - it's probably the whole effing rom.
That's why after no consideration at all i'm impulsively moving to MIUI for some time

Well the stock task manager is bloat. Samsung prolly uses those and checks stats on what people use in the camera, like what settings and scene selections. It would be an outright violation of privacy if they could access the camera lens and would have a huge lawsuit on their hands if that were the case.
