Few days ago some guy said now days Cell phone radiation has a greater effect on children than adults. Since children’s skulls are not fully formed and are much thinner than adult skulls, the dangers of cell phones to your child is dramatically increased.

No reputable study confirms any danger whatsoever from cell phone radiation. Which is not to say there isn't any. Apple (and all other manufacturers) are playing CYA just in case. The guy is Selling Stuff based on unsubstantiated hype. If his nickel's worth of plastic makes you feel better, buy it. But since the antennas are usually located in the lower perimeter of the housing, you might be better served by investing in a heavy pair of mittens.

The operating system used in a phone has nothing to do with its radiation levels.
