Amazon Kindle Fire

With the astonishing sales of Apple's iPad and iPad 2, the tablet world seems where the market is at the moment. With many other big contenders trying to compete with it, such as Motorola, HTC, HP and Blackberry (and many failing miserably). That was until Amazon announced their iPad contender. The "Amazon Kindle Fire", Which has a 7" multi-touch screen (although not as big as the iPad's 9.7") a modified version of Google's Android Operating System (with a wide range of Apps, Books, Movies and Music from the Android Market as well as Amazon's own App Store for books) The Kindle Fire has Wi-Fi for downloading Games, Apps and Books when a connection is available and has an 8GB internal storage. The best part about the the Kindle Fire is the price tag at $199. Although not due for release until November 15, 2011* the Kindle Fire is a full $300 cheaper than Apple's cheapest iPad. I'm not too sure how great it will be, but for the price I'm sure it's pretty damn good.
