RSD lite 3.0 error

why is it every time i pened the RSD lite 3.0, it closes due to some problem or error, then flashes a dont send error.. and why does my fone alternately and randomly connects and disconnects its connection? where do you think is the problem? is it in the usb cord?

reinstall Rsd lite3.0
be sure about installation of all drivers
