Problems when installing DRIVERS!!
OK, I have been modding for a while but this has me stuomped. My pc reads my phone in data mode but when it gets done installing the first two drivers and goes to the moto accessory a windows message comes up saying that "windows could not load the installer for the USB. Contact your hardware vendor for assistance."
Then i click"OK" and the wizard comes up and it goes thru the motions of installing the software but says it cant install it. It does the same for the MCU data logger and Test Command as well. It installs the 1st two drivers with no problem but the last 3 it gets caught on them.
I have tried the thread about re installing the drivers and all but no such luck; restarted the cpu and everything and it does the same everytime.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can help me out?
Thanks and soory if I didnt post it in the right place.

Getting phone connected again
Use the p2k drivers that comes with the Motomidman software to install your P2K Drivers, when windows prompt you for the drivers just direct it to the P2k folder in Motomidman
. When the installation freezes and ask for the driver just direct it to the same P2K folder there u should see the a single file name P2k just select it and click ok, installation should resume & if another installation acts the same run this step again.Last edited by Bizkid7; 01-15-2007 at 08:01 PM.

well dont they all use the same drivers? I used the one's from the guide that say "new p2k" and i directed it there when installing them. I can try what you just stated and see how that works.
Thanks
