connecting webaccess

My hubby bought me a new l7 off the net. Love the phone! only I can't connect to webaccess send or recieve mms messages. I have read the posts and I don't get it. I need it all broke down ito baby talk lol. I spoke with att they went over changing some stuff till they said we can't help. I called motorola they said phone is from france and they can't help me. Honestly I never even heard of modding till now. so here goes...these are my specs.

here are some settings from different provider all over the world
if don't find one for you contact your provider tho give you the settings for wap and mms

not sure how to get that download to my phone and what it is for???
I have been able to set up a default to my web sessions but still not able to connect. I switched my sim with another phone and it works fine????

yes because you need to apply the setting
very simple method it's to contact your provider and they will give you all the settings or upload from the download section that web sessions using p2ktools
