Help? Catch a cheating wife!
hi guys - unfortunately i am like 99% sure my wife is cheating on me.. and she's been texting up a storm which i think would prove it.
anybody know how to write a script that can pull old text-messages off the g-phone? i checked out the sim-card readers, but they dont work on the g-phone.. is this even possible??
ANY Help is MUCH appreciated..
if any of u have been cheated on, hopefully someone will find it at least a challenge, and hopefully a good deed to help a guy out in need.
id definitely be willing to throw what cash i can at ya if it helps..
tx...

If your wife has the G1, there's an app called txtract. It backs up sms messages to the memory card.
You can just yank the mem card while she sleeps and see what she's been saying

Not to sound like Dr Phil, but if you don't find anything....
STOP LOOKING
Keep in mind, it's Christmas time. Is it possible that she has been hiding.... a gift?

Are you trying to clone the sim? Messages are saved to the phone, so other than cloning, will be useless.

Hi Guys - does anyone have any experience using Txtract? i tried using it and it only seems to pull off text-messages that are currently viewable on the phone itself (ie, so everything my wife sends/receives but then deletes is left off). any ideas? or is there another app?

too bad you probably can't use that in court... wouldn't that be a federal offense also? I'm pretty sure you can't use multiple phones on an american network using the same SIM (legally not actually). Gotta be careful how far you go. check the law first. I'm sure there are legal ways to get the info... like what oshay said ask t-mobile for a copy of the text messages. That can be used in court, because it's a legitimate information source that can be verified.

After long delay... I have now made it back to the Android Market!

good point i mean you could always do the clone to see if its really goin on first and then just subpoena the records... then you have quick and legal answers and noone ever has to know you clonededed it...

If you know she is cheating on you, get proof legally and then divorce her, You dont need her keep cheating. Thats why I listen Tom Lykis on 97.1 FM. (sry for advertisement but he is the guru on marriage)
