Speed Cap

Weird request, an app that caps your speed.

I'm limited to 20GB per month and I want to make it "theoretically impossible" to go over my plan. There's 2,635,200 seconds in a month and 1,000 megabytes in a gigabyte so I want to cap my speed to 0.0075 megabytes per second, I know it will be slow but I can be sure I won't get overcharged.

Basically I picture it as, a text field where you input your megabytes per second, and two buttons that say "Cap Speed", "Uncap Speed".

doesnt work like that. Better idea would be to get an app called netcounter, and use it to keep track of how much data you use. and turn off data when you dont use it, or get close to your max usage.
