Phone Swap Games

Hi All,
Ok, I work for Radioshack and I used the store activated SLVR to download an assload of games (Paid for by CINGULAR, this is a feature we get to Demo the phones, free everything).. I had put my mem card in the phone and when downloading them I had it save them all to the memory card.. Well, When I put the mem card back into my SLVR none of the games were not there.. Heard I could use MotomidMan to install the games but I need the JAR or JAD files.. I cannot get it to switch into Memory card Mode, and they are not on the list as being on the mem card..

What can I do to get these installed on my phone..
I figured I could grab the files from the card but I cant find my damxed TransFlash adapter anymore.. Any ideas?

Ive been looking around at all these different flexes and everything, and im still confused as to what im looking for.. I know at least I need the 4513 Flexes, but how do I differentiate between all of them.. Do the groups of numbers/letters mean certain things.. And as far as flashing goes, If I flash a new flex it basically formats my phone with a whole new look and everything else is erased, but SEEMS only do certain portions of the FLEX right? And im confused as to the difference between a MONSTER PACK and a FLEX.. Would someone care to explain? (Minus all the flaming would be good, but its ok to turn up the heat on noobs a like me a bit.. Dont say I didnt serach.. I did, thats where the word confused comes in)

*EDIT: Ok.. Just read on a different post that I could use MMM to backup the game from the store SLVR, and then restore it onto my phone.. Any truth to this?? I dont have the store phone in my hand so I cant try it yet..

1) check the 'Removable Disk>mobile>kjava' folder. see if the games r there.

2)90% of a flex is Seems . a flex contains the user interface info(how ur fone looks)...the skins, phonebook entries, pics, ringtones etc. a monster pack contains the firmware itself, flex , language pack and other stuff to giv ur fone a different or improved functionality.

Ok.. Got the store phone tonight.. I hooked it up to midman, I can see the games, but when I try to save it says they are encrypted.. Any way around this?

Not sure if this is bordering in the illegal range, but they were paid for, and I just want them to work on one phone.. they are on my memory card, but installed to the other phone..and the games will onyl work ont he other phone if My mem card is in it.. anything else I can do?

It seems I have hit the spending limit ont he store phone.. So I guess when the month resets I can put the SIM in my phone, setup the cingular browsing settings and download teh games onto my phone.. Just wish there was an easier way..

Anyone know of a JAD Decryption utility....

Also would like a JAD Equalizer if there is one available..
