SpoofApp - Amazing!

Have you guys seen the Spoofapp that was released into the marketplace last night? Friggin awesome! I had an iPod Touch that was jailbroken and I used to use SpoofApp on that over the summer when it was in Installer/Cydia....and now its on the G1!

If you haven't seen the app, it lets you change your Caller ID number when you make a call, so you can show up as any number on the persons Caller id. Its got a voice changer and call recorder too.

Very, very cool!

One of the coolest apps so far? What do you think?

This app is amazing, I've called a couple friends with the caller id showing our JOB #... lots o fun, I see myself buying minutes in the future! Just think of the trouble you can cause with friends, EXes, family... etc. + the ability to record / playback conversations, killer!!

this is the most fun app ever...i called my mom and put the caller id to the county jail and pranked her like i was in jail...she started screaming and hung up and i had to call her and tell her i was playing..lol..it comes with 5 free minutes (which was all i needed to be convinced). it even lets you record it and listen..its very fun and i wont mind paying for this..please download and give us some feedback..thanks!

Well the app is free to download and install and you get free minutes with it. Then it costs like $9 for 60 minutes if you use a coupon code from spoofcardcoupon.com.

There is not a free version out there and I dont think there ever will be because these companies have to be able to pay for people to access their service....the calls have to go thru their servers and they have to pay for the minutes and stuff, so there probably isnt ever going to be a free one.

True SpoofApp can indeed be used for bad, but overall... it's a pretty cool app!

this app is fun as heck lol... i got my uncle and told him that my pregnant aunt got in a car wreck and i was sitting in his driveway and got to watch him RUN out the front door... lol and then i brought in a case of beer.. that will teach him to get a new number and prank call me!! haha

Oh I love Spoofapp. I was trying to get a hold of a friend because there was an emergency but they were ducking my calls (not saying why), so I called them and had his moms number show up on the caller ID. He answered of course and I told him that a friend of ours had been in a motorcycle accident and he needed to get to the hospital. BTW this was not a joke. I had no other way of getting through. It's a great program and I just downloaded it on my G1.
