want to put a skin on

hi, i am VERY new to modding and all i want to do is put a skin on my razr v3t and i have NO IDEA how to do anything.
ive downloaded a couple differnt programs for modding, but no luck...
can someone show me a step by step detailed way to put a skin on my phone? i have no experince whatsoever. please help me!!

First before any modding take place you should make sure that your phone is backed up using flash and backup 3 or any other backup service.

The program that your looking for is skiman they are located in our download section, the skins are also located in our download section making sure it says 176 x 220 and its for the v3t.

Also what is your Bootloader info, turn off your phone and press power+*+# before you continue your modding. Knowing most people want to continue their modding so knowing their info will help us lead you to the right direction

Hey, thanks for the tip!
But whenever i connect my phone to skiman it wont reconize my phone.
none of the other programs i download say its connected either.
there is nothing useful in the guides section for the V3t razr...
could someone help?
Also, when i turn my phone on in bootloader mode, it says:

OK its confirmed by me that your phone is a V3t now,

The issue that you couldn't "find" your phone is because you didnt set your phone on data/fax connection as you might have it memory card connection. So go to settings> connections> usb settings> Default connection select on data?fax connection.

Now if it still doesn't connect its because you dont have drivers set up on your computer to find it. Look at the
Motorola Drivers here and report any problems back if the programs cannot find it.

I did the same thing got the drivers and still doesn't work. It doesn't give me an option for data/fax connection only Media, memory card, modem, usb printing, tools, modem & tools and that's it and skiman won't pick it up still.

mine doesn't say anything on the bootloader screen just says
A3.cc

I installed the Moto Drivers and now it won't read my phone at all.. Doesn't even say USB connection has been established when i plug the usb cable in.. Now what's wrong with it???

Are you using a rokr Z6 or a V3, beside this is completely different from a V3t, but I can still help you. Have you tried plugging in another usb to see if it still read it? Also did you try another program if it read it like Pk2tools? sorry for the long wait
