i'm interested. i'm currently trying to learn enough java to hack together a transparent telnet application. having trouble with socket reading and writing with java. i'll admit that it's the first time i've written a tcp application in any language, so i'll be the first to admit i'm diving head first into a sticky bug-ridden mess. any help or pointers would be appreciated.

i'll also try to help in anyway i can. i'm on gtalk only though.
