Flashing Help plx.

For anyone that has this problem, my current theory is that you can't flash with a card that has the logo "HC" under the Micro SD. At least that's what worked for me.

used a 1gb and it worked like a dream

I have flashed from an 8GB microSDHC several times with no issues. I think it was probably just a bad card.
