So i left my backflip,n moved on to a samsung captivate glide... pretty cool phone,but now the fun part, does anyone know the simplest way to root it ? Thanx

I assume you've read everything in Samsung Androids
M3 originally supported only Motorola phones; XDA generally has more R&D activity related to other brands:

I'm guessing the "r" suffix is the CDMA model.

Check the phone's labeling under the battery if in doubt.
